This Bread Can Be Made With the Simplest of Kitchen Items.
Each recipe should be stored in an air tight container and kept in the refrigerator. Bread may be kept frozen up to one month.
 


CARDAMON & CINNAMON 8x4 Inch Pan Bake 350F 55 Minutes

in a mixing bowl beat 2 eggs until frothy. add 1/2 c. milk, 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. vegetable oil and beat until creamy. add 1 1/4 c. bread flour (sifted), 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. cardamom (ground), 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (ground) and stir to moisten dry ingredients and mix spices evenly.


LEMON PECAN 8x4 Inch Pan Bake 350F 50 Minutes

in a mixing bowl beat 2 eggs until frothy. add 1/2 c. milk, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. vegetable oil and beat until creamy. add 1 1/4 c. bread flour (sifted), 1 tsp. baking powder and stir just to moisten dry ingredients. add 1 1/2 tsp. *lemon peel (grated) and 1/2 c. pecans (chopped). stir to blend. * also, try orange peel
